Note: If you are enrolling your child for multiple weeks, payment if only required for the first week. I understand I must have my child picked up promptly at camp end time or a $12/hour aftercare fee will be charged. I understand The person picking up my child(ren) MUST show proper ID at pickup time. No exceptions. I understand I must notify a staff member if my child is being picked up by someone other than myself that is not on the pick up list. I understand If my child's behavior is continuously disturbing other campers, endangering other campers or themselves, I, the parent, will be called for immediate pick up. I understand Sparkle Inspo LLC may use photos and/or videos captured during that session(s) of jewelry-making and crafts camp attended by your child(ren) in the routine promotion of its classes, activities and other non-commercial applications. I agree Sparkle Inspo's policy on cancellations (with advanced notice) will be in the form of a credit for future workshops or events. However, full refunds to your original form of payment will be granted less 3% processing fee if cancelled 2 weeks prior to camp date. I understand If I cancel my child's reservation within 72 hours of the date they were to attend, no refund or credit will be provided.
