Parties and Events: In order to hold your birthday party date and time, will require a 50% of total booking deposit. The deposit will go towards your payment.  You will pay the remaining balance amount the day of the event. (Don't worry, we'll remind you!)

Workshops and Classes: In order to hold workshop bookings such as after schools classes and kids camp, you will need to pay the entire amount at the time of the booking.

Our cancellation policy is as follows for each of the below booking types:

Parties: All deposits are non-refundable.  However, you will be able to reschedule your party date and time up to 3 weeks prior to your scheduled date.  No requests to reschedule will be granted with less than 3 weeks before party start time. If you are unable to reschedule your party, your deposit funds will be credited towards our workshops or classes within a 6 month period.

Night Outs and Workshops: You can cancel or request a change in your workshop selection(s) up to 48 hours before the start date of that workshop. A 3% cancellation administration fee applies to any refunds (the cost of payment processing). No refunds or requests to reschedule will be granted with less than 48 hours before workshop start time. 

Camp: You may cancel or request a change in your camp week selection(s) up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of that camp week. A 3% cancellation administration fee applies to any refunds (the cost of payment processing). If you would like to cancel after the 2 week cutoff, you will receive a credit for future classes or events.  No refunds, credits or requests to reschedule will be granted with less than 72 hours before weekly camp start time. 

We are open on an appointment basis, so please call us at 561-517-2945.  If you are interested in booking an experience, we are very accommodating to any time you may be interested in as long as you give us a one week notice.  If we already have an event or party booked for the day/time you would like, we will work with you on accommodating another day/time.

If you are interested in booking a birthday party, we have set time slots available on Fri, Saturday, and Sunday.  You can visit our party section to see availability as well as book your party.

For kids camp, we are open 8:30am to 5pm.  Our camp begins at 9am and ends at 4pm.  We have three schedules Full day (9-4pm), Morning half (9am-1pm), and Afternoon half (1:30-4pm). Kids camp schedule link.

At the moment, we do not do off site visits.  We feel that a large part of the excitment of Sparkle Inspo is our beautiful studio, and taking parties off site would take away from the uniqueness of Sparkle Inspo.

We will have everything you need for a fabulous party or workshop experience.

Our party packages include plates, napkins, forks, coffee station, pink lemonade served in champagne glasses, bottled waters, decorations, favor jewelry pouches, activities, supplies, and instructors, the only thing you will need to bring if you would like is your birthday cake.

Our workshops and classes also include all beads, supplies and tools as well as trained excited instructors ready to help you make amazing jewelry pieces.

Yes, you are welcome to bring food and refreshments to your party.  If you want us to help with catering, we can order Basilicos Pizza for you that is located within our shopping plaza.  If you bring wine or champagne, we also have glasses for both.  Just let us know how many glasses you will need and they will be set out for your party.

Our Sparkle Inspo Studio can accommodate up to 30 guests and the birthday child for your private party.  If you require any additional guests beyond your party package, we charge $30 per additional guest. You will be able to add additional guest to your party package at the time of your booking (just select the additional guest add on and the number of additional participants that you will require). You may also pay for additional guests on the party day.

Yes! We love for parents to stay and watch the excitement.  We have a wonderful lounge area just for parents. We have comfortable seating along the side of the workstations so that parents can relax, watch the party transpire, and enjoy the memories. If there are younger siblings not participating in the jewelry-making, we have a fun kids lounge area with games and toys such as Magnatiles to keep them occupied.

Our parties are run like a well-oiled machine.  We provide a trained sparkle instructor and one to two sparkle squad assistants so that we can keep the crafting and festivities on track.  Before you arrive, we will have your party ready to go with your bead and charm assortment, as well as plates, napkins, glasses, and refreshments.  At least a week prior to your party date, the birthday child will be able to select the type of jewelry guests will be making as well as the beads and charms from our massive bead inventory at our Sparkle Bar.  When we begin the party, we will have your guests choose their seat within our workstations that will be graced with beautiful inspiration sample pieces.  Each guest will have a beading tray and a set of necessary tools depending on the age range.  Our instructor will walk the guests through the process and give helpful tips and techniques.  Once the group is finished with their piece(s). We will orchestrate one to three group games with prizes and a group photo.  We will then head to the cake table for singing, snacks, cake and more selfies.

We partner with Stripe, a secure payment processing gateway to ensure your credit card information is safe and secure. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security available. Through Stripe, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  In addition, we are also registered to accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and afterpay.

JEWELRY CARE GUIDE

Do not wear when showering, swimming, bathing or with heavy exercise.

Avoid spray perfume, and direct contact with lotion or sunscreen.

Do not clean with chemicals.

Avoid extended exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.

Do not wear when sleeping.

Store jewelry separate from each other in a clean dry place such as box or cloth bag.
