We foster an atmosphere that evokes a positive self image, sparks creativity, and enables children to express their personal style through jewelry making. We celebrate the uniqueness of each child and believe that all kids should feel supported, encouraged, and special.
Katie Pilger is one of the most artistic people you will ever meet. If you haven’t seen her in a month, you can’t help but to ask what project she’s been working on. If she’s not doing DIY home improvements, you’ll find her painting with her kids, candle making, sewing, or making jewelry with her daughter. The projects are endless and with that, you’ll always see a smile on her face while she runs through the last 5 projects she’s completed. Katie has a huge passion for art and is excited to share it with the world through Sparkle Inspo. With a great deal of enthusiasm and artistic passion, Katie teamed up with one of her most cherished friends, Mandy. Katie and Mandy set out to create a beautiful yet playful jewelry making studio in Wellington where others can experience the same spark of creative excitement. Their vision is to create a wonderful happy place that brings together friends, family, and fond memories through creative expression.
Mandy Rubenstein started her career as a high school Mathematics Teacher and Track Coach. When she got married and had her two sons, Matthew and Andrew, she got involved with the PTO. She started as a room parent and then went on to become Secretary of the PTO and then the Community Service Liaison. She also enjoyed being the Chair of the Youth Committee at Temple Beth Torah, a mentor with Take Stock in Children and a private tutor. Spending time with children of all ages is one of her passions. Another is her love of fashion and jewelry. She started her own business Mandy’s Closet in 2006 selling clothing and jewelry through home parties. A third passion of Mandy’s is playing tennis and that is where she met Katie. When Katie approached her with the idea of joining her to create Sparkle Inspo, it was a resounding YES! Now Mandy can combine her love of children, teaching and jewelry.
